"Abigail Marks is a powerhouse actress — original in her vision, fierce in her pursuit of the truth, and always 100% in the moment. Plus, she’s a winning presence in the room.  If you have the chance to work with her, do it!"    -BILL BROCHTRUP - NYPD Blue, Major Crimes. Co-Artistic Director of The Antaeus Theatre Co. "Abigail Marks is an exceptional actress, coach, and director. There is no end to the depth of her humanity, fearlessness, and commitment to excellence. Her dedication to bringing out deeply personal and creative choices in the text is inspiring to watch and work with. She will lovingly challenge you and joyfully create with you. I recommend her highly." -LIZA SENECA-A.D. of 6th Act Theatre Co., Kirk Douglas Th., Colorado + Kentucky Shakes.,  Grey’s Anatomy, Lie to Me, Monk, Big Love. "Abby is an amazing talent! She was given a gift that few receive. Her commitment to honor it is a breath of fresh air. Her creativity, her intelligence, her honesty and her joy for the work is a gift to all of us. She is a dear friend and I love her! You can quote me on that." -JAMES SUTORIUS - Mike Andros in The Andros Target, The Doctors. B'way: Farnsworth Invention, Conversations with my Father, Hamlet. Abby is one of the most present actors I have experienced as both an audience member and as a colleague. In the rehearsal room she is curious, she explores, and takes risks to tell the story in the most clear and exciting way. In performance, her characters are fully-formed: she is alive, present, and completely available to the actors around her. She also happens to be the most emotionally connected actor I have ever seen or worked with. Acting with Abby is a thrill. She makes me a better actor. -JULIA DAVIS - South Coast Rep., Theatre@Boston Court, Four Clowns, Troubadour Theatre Co.

About Abby:

Abby is instinctive, generous and to the point. Some actors and directors have one or two of those traits, but very few have all three. I love working with Abby. -KATHRYN SWINK - Star Trek, For the People, South of Nowhere, Co-Artistic Director of The Antaeus Theatre Co. I love every minute of watching Abby onstage. Her range and talent are extraordinary. With seamless ease, she transforms from Shakespearian heroine to 21st-century rebel youth. As a writer, it’s an absolute privilege to work with Abby. She is a particular gem, because, in addition to her formidable talent, she brings her tireless work ethic, professionalism, generosity, and incredible insight to her work. -ANGELA J. DAVIS - Attorney and Award winning playwright: O'Neill Festival, SETC Award, Julie Harris Award.
